Order & Delivery Info

Ordering is easy!

Although not required, we recommend creating an account. If you are interrupted during the ordering process or simply want to repeat your last order, creating an account makes it easier for our system to save your cart and remember your purchases. 

When you're ready to order, simply click on each product thumbnail and add the desired quantity to your cart. That's it! Once you complete the order and payment process, we send all the information off to the kitchen so they can get started.

Please note our delivery minimum**

** {Update May 15, 2016} We are excited to offer – until further notice – our order minimum is reduced to $75, with a $5 delivery fee. As always, delivery is free on all orders over $150. 

We are extremely excited to offer the opportunity to connect you with the entire menu available from our vendor, Serious Soups. To facilitate this unique arrangement, there is a minimum order amount, which includes free direct delivery for orders over $150, and all purchases are tax-free!

  • Short on freezer space? Call your friends and family and put together a combined order. 

  • Spread the word! Collect orders with your colleagues and we will deliver directly to your workplace. Try our new bulk order form for large or repeat orders.

Order cut-off time is 12:00 pm Monday for delivery the following Wednesday, Thursday or Friday (Greater Vancouver). For all other areas, please email us for the delivery schedule.

Please note: At this time we offer delivery to most regions in Greater Vancouver with the exception of Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge and further into the valley. We are now pleased to offer bi-weekly delivery to Coquitlam and Port Moody until further notice. If you are in one of these areas and you are interested in placing an order, please send us an email if you'd like to be notified of a possible delivery arrangement in the future. 

Orders must be pre-paid in full before processing, either via Credit Card, PayPal or e-Transfer bank deposit. 

Your delivery day will be confirmed the day before delivery.

If you will not be present during this time, please leave a cooler on your front doorstep, or contact us to reschedule or change the delivery address.
